We are hiring for our client, an major company in production industry

Descriere

For one of our clients we are looking for a highly motivated Team Lead to coordinate and organise the Accounts Payable team. It will be a dinamic Start-up environment that will provide a great learning and development opportunity!

The ideal candidate has:
Demonstrated management skills and a previous experience of atleast 3 years in a management position.
Previous process transition experience. (it`s a plus)
5+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
Strong written & oral communications skills in English.
Strong problem solving & organization skills
Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Main responsibilities:
Coordinate and support a team of Executives and Officers.
Assist in the design & improvement of an Helpdesk process to track and measure invoice queries and resolution time .
Support new projects within BBS when launched (merger, transitions, inventory, etc.)
Manage vendor and external audit process when necessary
Provide enhanced level of customer service to internal and external groups
Drive process improvements and efficiency into the invoice processing function, ensuring common processes are applied to all agencies and leading practices are adopted through staff training and system enhancements
Ensure team fully aligned in objectives and priorities
Grow people and organisation, constantly training and promoting talents, recruit, onboard, training, retain .
